@8:15 everywhere minimum number is calculated but here interest rate of FD is calculated wrongly. Even 8% FD will not give 1 lac per month. 8lacs interest per month divided by 12(months) is 66,000 per month. 8 lac per year from bank will attract Income tax and TDS. What about inflation after 12-15 years? Only hope is that Sandalwood heart wood price increases in 12-15 years. Then calculation holds good. 😊
