@@johannessrensen9910 I have 800k dps on a pull like this without evoker on a destro. But Im playing class trinket, so that dps is actually bad in this case. Overall without aug in BH (but with priest pi and mage buff/guardian tank present) I pull 230k dps

PI, Lust, and an Augvoker. I had an Aff Lock burst 1.2m with my AugVoker in Neltharus, on a non-chain pull. Although I've yet to see how my lock does with a priest healer, Aug, and a mage.

Problem with aff is its only good when you can pull big. I did a NL yesterday as aff and I felt like I was doing negative damage and being hard caried.

Anyone thinking playing Wrath of Consumption can be worth here? Bad for first boss, but whole trash area before is back to back pulls (minus cages), constant refreshes from lasher trash from 1st boss to tree and from the slimes spawning during tree, from dogs on 3rd. And the small pad-adds between 3rd to 4th can give decent dot-funnel to the elites. Not the best for last, but at least u get WoC-value from totems.

aff is giga fun but unfortunately reach a point where you cant push certain keys like bracken and vp nl pretty much anything with a two target bosses that you need to zerg cause the prio damage takes forever to set up. demo in the same spot but they so fun to melt add packs :D

Puh, idk man. It's likely the prime key for Aff (besides Uldaman), and overall is carried by Aug and PI. Aff is broken on 3 of 4 bosses there, and hardly feasible on Decatriarch once you reach key levels that arent facerolled. The prio damage for totems is hardly there, even with Soul Swap. Totems spawn faster than every 30s. As a group, you can make it work, however, there are reasons why so few Aff locks with high score are found. What i want to say is: don't get sold on Aff for just one example in one key. Is it worth being able to play more than one Warlock spec and choose on group comp and dungeon? Absolutely.

I tried it too. Even timed 23s with it. But in all honesty: Destro just does it better. In AoE you have your Infernal more often than Darkglare. Especially in fortified you can summon an infernal each pull. As long as mobs are stacked, your sustained DPS is even higher. Destro doesnt even have to hardcast either, except for a few immolates. Spamming seeds still feels subpar and not at all impactful - sadly! If mobs are constantly moved, aff might pull ahead by a teeny tiny bit - but it's not worth it having to stand and hardcast seeds. One thing i gotta say though: Darkglare does massive burst in any setting playing this build. Given that the mobs survive a whole vile taint rotation.

aff is only good in low dungeons when targets die in your cds if they stay alive longer dps going down
