You should try Caldereta from Batangas. There is no tomato sauce in it, no potatoes, no carrots. The beef is braised slowly , the sauce is from it own juices.

Pareho tayo ate nadia bata pa lng ako nagluluto nako para ipakain sa iba sa mga kapit bahay sa mga bata kht wla ako pera magluto ako pag nagkakaron ng budget. Halos monthly noon. Ewan ko hilig ko tlg pangarap ko nung bata pako magkaron ng sariling foundation pero d ko kaya yata yun pero d bale nagkaron naman kmi ng sariling church. Baka yun ang plan ni God. Kc mahihirap tlg ang mga attendants mga bata at mga nanay sa bundok. Napaka ganda mo ang bait m pa sana mameet kita in person. Kaya ka blessed mabait ka malamang til now sana gsto ko uli mag pa feed pag may time at budget

Awww! Same tayo ng style of Cooking the Caldereta but I don’t use green peas I use green bell pepper. Ito ang unang luto na natutunan ko sa Tatay ko. We use beer instead of water sa pagpapakulo ng beef para daw mas mabilis lumambot sabi ng Tatay ko.

Here Krihsna Galvez maybe cheese sauce or any cheese thats easy to melt. Mozzarella is hard to melt into liquid. Once cold it might turn into balls.

Hi. I am originally from Mexico and now a US citizen for many years. I have had 2 yes, dalawa filipina wives, still married to one. On one occasion I learned a recipe in Paranaque from a dear friend. I won't go into the entire recipe, (its a secret). They marinated the beef with lemon and soy sauce for a day before doing the other (secret) things. I have had several filipino people here in the US say that it is the best kaldareta they have ever tasted. Anong ini isip mo (my attempt at tagalog) on these two items, lemon and soy sauce. Salamat!

Back now from a Christmas cruise to the Carribean on the new Holland America Ship, the Nieuw Statendam. It is a spectacular ship, and the food was excellent! Their chef's are mostly Pinoys😍. I am so proud of them. They work hard; so far away from their families but they always have a smile on their faces inspite of the loneliness😔. Homesick silang lahat. You really know what to say and what to do step by step. Walang bulol moment, also a check on that. You so pretty po! And I admire how you always mention OFWs. Parang kayo po ang kumare nila sa Pinas na may pa-shout out kayo parati. It's good kasi sinasabi rin ninyo how much money for the gastos so that the viewers has the idea on how much to spent. And 400-500 was not bad. Ang caldereta kasi sa restaurants ay for 2-3 people only. Iba po talaga kapag lutong-bahay. It's much cheaper and we know kung ano talaga ang sangkap para sa putahe.
