Kaleji BBQ Recipe
Marination
Kaleji 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp each
1 lemon squeezed.
Or vinegar
Green chillies chopped 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Tumeric powder half tsp
Roasted crushed cumin & coriander 1 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Marinate for an hour
Cooking time 10-15 minutes
Over cooking will lead the kaleji to get hard
