enjoyed. Been many years since I have wondered back to my Kali training, been focusing on other systems over the last hand full of years. Just went to an Escrima seminar yesterday and it has encouraged me to focus more on my stick / knife skills of old.

Excellent breakdown Sir! I never really thought of it like that but yeah, makes total sense. Was actually working on some disarms yesterday...1st partner training in 4 months...hard to work disarms training solo LOL. Stay safe my friend :)
