Over the decades of training Kali, I've rarely seen this Sinawali taught and it should be taught more, even as a standard of every FMA curriculum. Lots of great application comes from this drill!

I learned this one as "Hell 6," because kind of like an inverted heaven 6 in that it's a sequence of upward strikes.

Yes, this drill definitely challenged my coordination. Sticking to the footwork fundamentals helped to build up the flow of the strikes. Overall, I would rate this a 4 because it required more conscientious spatial movement on my part. Nonetheless, thanks again, Paul! ☀ ⚡ 😑 ⚔ 🙏🏽

@@raylantz5144 yeah I love training outside, I train outside at home and we always do a session a month outside in a local car park, rain or shine. It’s great kicking up clouds of dust doing the footwork!

Instructions and Demonstrations should not be done simultaneously because it’s distracting. There should be slow demonstration without any verbal instructions.
