It's really hard to find videos of people going all out with sticks. This gives a good sense of the effectiveness of Kali.

Great double-stick tutorial!!! I can't say enough about the speed, power and coordination that you develop from these five drills. Not only do they look artistic and beautiful, but they all have a VERY PRACTICAL application; hence, martial-ART!!! Time to get practicing, thanks!

Thank you for this video of double sticks, Guru Paul. I'm still practicing my double sticks. I just officially registered to join a seminar in my class Elite Martial Arts for this Saturday the 30th getting a chance to me a Dumog Kali instructor named Mandala Rich Howe and he's bringing 15 of his students this Saturday the 30th to teach us Dumog for 3 hours. I'm so excited because this is my first time entering a seminar.

There are a lot of instructors teaching Kali. Before looking for an instructor, you need to first decide why you want to learn Kali, is it for demonstration purposes, learn the art or you want the practical self-defense of it. Knowing your purpose in learning Kali will help you decide which instructor to approach. I teach Kali to security professionals, those who work as close in security and bodyguards.
