Try Wyandotte chickens, Kris! They are a Native American breed that tend to lay eggs well in winter compared to other breeds. Plus they are black and white and look so pretty! 😍 Also, there is a sugar wax recipe with the same ingredients but different ratios that make it have a consistency of taffy and won't even need waxing strips. Just keep using it until it stops picking up hair. I hope this helps. 😊

Tip on the chickens. Chickens really only lay during the brightest hours of the day and since the days are shorter in winter they don't have as much time to lay eggs. I put some bright LED's in my chickens coop and they still lay the average. LOVE YOU KRIS!!!!❤

You don't need much if you prefer a natural look. Watch tutorials on how to do makeup. and my recommendation is to use very little high lighter and blush mascara and eye liner .btw your very beautiful 😍

My chickens all decided to start molting, one after the other, once winter hit. I now have one, and possibly a second one, that has finally started laying again after her molt. The rest are just useless freeloaders, even with their fancy heated waterer and daily scattering of mealworms/soldier fly larvae and calcium sources.

Chickens actually go by daylight. So in the winter, when the days are shorter, they don't typically lay eggs. If you put a lamp in their coop (or around where they lay) and have it set to later in the night, they will lay in the winter. But that just means that they will stop laying earlier in their life. We don't do the lamps because we like to give them a "break" in the winter time and then they will continue to lay later in their lives.

Sugar wax is amazing as someone with sensitive skin. Shaving irritated my skin so much and I've heard traditional wax is irritating. If I do randomly get some irritation with sugar wax, I apply aloe vera gel. Absolutely love it. Especially since I have dark hair that is a little thicker in spots. My skin is also pretty pale

Here in Maine we have a similar ice cube thing. It's jumping in a nearly frozen lake and then into a sauna. As far as the hair removal, you're tied (in a bikini) behind a dog sled and dragged over icy snow for a few miles. After that, the women usually don't worry about having hair again.
