@@jojo1216 You are right that mostly people dont feel the urge to go and review a restaurant if it is not that special, or exceptionally bad. But pleasant experience is not 5 stars, its 3 stars. I get that this video is in positive attitude/helping businesses with angry customers, but people nowadays tend to give only 1 or 5 star reviews. Almost anything is not perfect, a.k.a 5 stars. Reviews just dont mean anything if people with bad day or bad service give 1 star, and 5 stars if service was decent.

As a professional service dog trainer and a service dog handler, I want to thank you for not taking your sweet pupper into businesses that are more than likely not pet friendly ❤️ This has become a major issue in the industry making it difficult and unsafe for disabled individuals to take their medical equipment that has gone through 2-3+ years of training in order to save their lives. First time I went to get my nails done, I had a bad experience. All the workers were Korean, and didnt know any english. I had to communicate through hand signals that didnt even make sense. They kept grunting and grabbed my wrists, moving my hands around. Pointed somewhere to put them, i put them there and they got angry aparentally the pointed to the wrong side and grabbed my hand, slapping them on the counter. Kept changing workers throughout the experience, and they kept getting rougher and rougher. No sense of comfort, nails came off about a week later.

Harrison hamburgers was such a vibe back in my childhood. If you ever go out that way again, muddy waters Cafe is really good, and there's a nice Gelato place you should try too. It's a major tourist stop, they have lots of cute events throughout the year, such as a sandcastle building event in the summer time
