Thank you for these videos! I replaced my old Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer with the Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Grill. It is so much easier to watch your videos on the operation of the Air Fryer/Grill than to read the instructions. Your give great tips and I hope Kalorik knows you are a great addition to getting the most out of their Air Fryer/Grill. So many people are not getting the results they desire because they may not be using it correctly. Since I bought my first Kalorik I have hardly used my stove or oven. The way it makes bacon is to die for!! Just a little suggestion for when you do the video on cleaning the air fryer, you might want to inform the people to clean it with a warm, damp cloth and dry with a paper towel after every use. I have noticed that this new air fryer/grill does have stainless steel siding. Using harsh chemicals and abrasive materials to clean it will ruin the siding. Thanks, again, for doing these videos!!

Just stumbled upon your account and enjoying that you have so many videos of this kalorik. I purchased it not too long ago, so will definitely watch all your videos at one point do you by any chance have a video on how you clean your kalorik after every use? Like the inside and the attachments? I really have a tough time and dont know the best way to clean the air fryer basket. pieces of my sponge keeps on getting stuck in the air fryer basket , and i am worried if i dont remove those pieces after each wash, they will start to burn once i use the air fryer again.
@TheFoodExperience

Thank you so much for finding my channel. I really should do a cleaning video One day. For the interior I recommend using Dawn power wash and wiping down the Walls after each use. For the basket you may want to pick up a stiff bristle cleaning brush. Usually I use the back side of a sponge, the scouring side. from what I understand most of the parts can be ran through the dishwasher if you have one. If you decide to go that route do not put the crumb tray in the dishwasher. It will definitely mess it up.

Something I would like to see on these tests, having the units Temps checked with a thermometer. Had a air fryer set at 400 but the thermometer said 350 in ten minutes. Toast tests to, to show where the heat is at, even or not.

Thank you so much my friend for your insightful video content, my wife just purchased the original Maxx cuz it was on sale at Macy's for $159.00 I was a bit reluctant about the purchase but then I seen your first video and well now this one which put me a bit more at ease about the purchasing of the unit itself. One thing I personally am not too thrilled about is that from this and other videos I've seen about the Maxx is the fact that it cooks hotter in the rear of the unit... I'm not too thrilled about having to spin my food around every so often, to me that's doesn't make for a good cooking experience. Thanks again I really appreciate you taking the time to review this appliance in depth. Kudos. Keep up the good work. God Bless Jesus Saves † John 3:16 †

You are very welcome Chaz! That's definitely a good deal. You won't have to turn each and every item that you cook. It really depends on the placement. I will say that I've tested about five different countertop ovens from various brands and they are all like that in regards to being hotter towards the back of the oven. It is due to the smaller enclosure. Thanks again and greatly appreciate your comment.

I have a Maxx 26 Quart Digital Air Fryer Oven Grill. I believe it's the next smaller unit that is stainless steel. I'm having a hard time cooking a 3.8-pound chicken because the rotisserie is too close to the bottom? How big a chicken can I put on the rotisserie on this one? Does a rotisserie sit higher in this model than older models thanks
@TheFoodExperience
@TheFoodExperience Жыл бұрын
There is only one version of the grill model and it is 26 quart like you are mentioning. If yours doesn't have the same looking front panel as mine then you do not have the grill version. Either case the rotisserie is going to be the same with either unit. I think a 3.8 lb chicken should work although I have not ever tried it. I know others who have and they mentioned that you have to truss the chicken super tight otherwise it will hit the bottom. Kalorik claims that you can use up to a 5 lb chicken.

14:55 As for the one you get in Canada you actually do have a button on it that says turn on or turn off beeping. as well it only gets as loud as say a computer or like a laptop computer where the fan is starting to go and I'm talking about a laptop maybe like a MacBook about 2012 Edition so 10 Years ago just that you can get an idea and that was at its peak no it's wise . I'm more than happy to find You on social media and share a photo of the air fryer as well as the box that it came in. As well Mine did not come with a rotisserie or that bottom grease tray even though it came with other trays so I would be more than pleased to show you everything that it came with as well as Firm which model it is because I'm certain it's the exact same one you have except for some mine came with about Around half of the supposedly included accessories, making many of the features such as rotisserie useless or Impossible by proxy. As well I don't see that safety Trey grease tray that covers the grill for the heating elements at the bottom of the device at bottom of the device which I have serious concerns could be a major safety hazard.. I am using the baking pan and some solid aluminum light sheet of metal that's supposed to be a baking sheet on top of the black baking sheet in lieu of having the proper Grill guard that you showed. I know it's the same model as the one you showed with the only difference in the actual mechanism being the beeping option as well as a very quiet fanwhich model As well as a link to the model on their site. If I can ask you a question, how can I make sure that I use this and never again have the smoke detector in my place go off? I wasn't even using an on high heat I think I was only at 360°F. This is the first time I've ever had French door type air fryer I got it during boxing weak / Black Friday sales for $100 as opposed to $275 - $300 CND, Avoid believing or not is as steel as the lowest end air fryer you can buy now after the sale starts around a $150 Canadian . thank you for the video if you Haven't any advice how I set it app so the smoke detector does not go off Whilst using it even though I didn't feel any heat or smoke or anything like that.

You are very welcome. I will say that there are various versions of the product in regards to which accessories are included. Thank you so much for the kind thoughts. It definitely does run hot on the outside which I don't recommend touching when it's on as far as the sides of the top is concerned. The panel does not really get very hot. The doors get hot because they are glass. But honestly I've never burned myself or even come close to it. As far as underneath that goes it definitely does not get hot. Heat rises and it's never concern. I ran it for about two plus years on a formica countertop with no issues.

There may be smoke due to the temperature that you are cooking them at. If you cook them at 375° or higher than you are going to get smoke since that is the smoke point for chicken fat. @@TheFoodExperience I don’t think timeout is the issue because after I push the dial to jump to temp, I’m able to adjust the temp but after a few turns on the dial without pushing the dial, it would jump to mode automatically. Did you get a version 2 of this MAxx grill? Maybe you got the revision model?

@@KZbin-Troll it definitely sounds like a malfunction then. I do have revision 2 of The Grill but I also had purchased the original version of the grill which I gifted to a co-worker. I did not have an issue with that one either. That truly is a bummer. Wish I could provide some kind of good news.
