I love your videos. And your such a good mom. I feel like we were both on our new motherhood together. My baby girl is an April baby as well. I have learned that i shouldn’t stress over the small things when i do my cleaning. If it takes me a few days to clean the kitchen I wouldn’t stress over it like i used to before being a mom. I feel you. Instagram in hindsight was super easy. But KZbin I put off for later all the time. I probably wouldn't have seen this video if I'd deleted the app from my phone. Kalyn, hon, you’ve just had a baby. You’re taking on too much and you’re looking too skinny. Please slow down and curb the exercising. You’ve got a new baby, you’ve got home renovations going on, you’re back to work full time and you’re attempting to spring clean the entire house on your own. You’re running on nervous energy and trying to do much. Please curb the exercising, eat a few more carbs and just go easy on yourself. Don’t push yourself so hard. Your audience is so loyal it will be here for life and won’t disappear if you take a few months off to concentrate on yourself and Easton. This is a magical but demanding time. A small baby, even one as delightful as Easton, needs a lot of attention. I have no doubt you are giving him everything that he needs but you’re trying to do a million and one other things as well. You need time to rest too, especially if you’ve just been sick. Please don’t run yourself into the ground trying to be there for everybody. ❤

Thank you Tabitha! ♥️ I hear your care and concern and receive it wholeheartedly!! I didn’t show him on purpose, but Ryan is doing the spring cleaning with me (he’s probably done double the house work I have) and has been home to help with Easton while I catch up on work. And exercise has been my form of physical therapy when it comes to stress, but atm I only do 20 mins when I can and I don’t hold back in abundantly fuelling myself. That said, I do agree with you on needing more rest and trying to do a million things with the spare time I have when Easton sleeps, this has always been a challenge of mine! I’m learning though, and giving myself a lot of grace and space to try things out and play around until I find the right balance 🫶🏼
