The RuPaul thing really offends me as a breast cancer patient. I had a double mastectomy and I had implants placed. My insurance wouldn’t pay to have revisions and nipple creation done. I guarantee you that everything that this sick individual had done was absolutely paid for. It really breaks my heart that this country’s priorities are so screwed up. Their excuse is that it affects them mentally. Well, what do they think this does to me? My life has been turned upside down over the past 4 years. Stage IV cancer and the ugly scars are bad enough, but I’ll never know what it feels like to be a complete woman again.

It’s so difficult to see stuff like this go on when you know it’s not fair to women going through the same thing as I am. I get furious every time I see it. I’m a RN and I work on getting patients insurance to pay for their hospital visits. I know that I’m the start that I live in, Medicaid will pay for transgender reassignment surgery and the hospital cannot charge them for anything that Medicaid doesn’t pay. All private insurance will pay at the same rate they normally would with any other normal procedure which would leave them paying a percentage as agreed by their plan’s coverage. My insurance told me that revision and nipple creation was cosmetic. I guess I was born without nipples and skin sagging off of one of my breast. It’s just horrible that this country has came to this. Again, I pray for your daughter and thank you for compassion and understanding ❤️

Fresh off the assasination attempt, Trump made a V.P. pick with the best chance of discouraging future threats on his life (yes, I do think the prospect of a Vance presidency would be discouraging, to some degree) and also, to ensure the MAGA platform would be preserved.
