Mine showed up last night! Absolutely amazing upgrade from my X1Max Hub! The Envy tackled the same 6 mile ride that would have drained the X1, and did the STEEPEST hill around here with ease at 25% battery too! Amazing second board for me! And oddly mine came with extra belts as every unboxing I've seen thus far there has been no extra belts!

Same here! Extra belts - feels like a good thing IF they tear - where I live (Sweden) we have a lot of gravel on the roads still from winter... "spring cleaning" starts in a few weeks - THEN...wooosh 🙂

Great thorough review, it is one of the best looking boards by meepo in my opinion. It looks awesome. Can’t wait for mine to turn up. I think meepo are doing an amazing job at offering a board for every use. Hurricane for all terrain, voyager for long commutes and high speed, then the envy for fun carving along with good speed. Great stuff.

How's the board holding up? Was thinking about purchasing one but I've heard some bad long term reviews

@@12mmratchet84 it’s a great board mate, fantastic for carving and fairly quick. It’s quicker than my old v3 er and NLS PRO, however I ended up buying it for my girlfriend and getting myself a hurricane. Which in all honesty is on a whole other level. So it’s a bit fair stepping off the hurricane and into the envy as I’m so used to the power of the hurricane. I think if you’ve come from a v3 or NLS pro, it will be a nice upgrade, likewise if it’s your first board it will be great. However im a big guy at 108kg, and it feels a bit underpowered for me, I’m so used to the hurricanes power now that I’ve want that or more. So hope that helps. The envy has been reliable and fun in my girlfriend’s ownership.

The Envy seems like a brilliant electric skateboard to me, with features/price that are hard to find on the market. I love aesthetics. looks like a descent board, would love to see it compared to something like a Tynee Ultra, it seems to be using the same battery and almost the same top speed but the price is 100$ cheaper!

I wish they made it in a nice quality. My NLS Pro totally died in a year. Hurricane - 1000 miles and battery died. Broken trucks. Broken charging module which f up the battery. Cyclones 110s didn't fit well.. Both covers for trucks didn't hold them well so I had to remove them. I love meepo but I wish their quality was better. My friend still have a booster and after 7 years it works perfectly.

Idk Ive ridden the same OG meepo NLS since 2019 and only changed the battery(included) once. Everything still works okay but im looking to finally retire it.

Don’t know what you’re doing with your boards. We have an NLS pro working perfectly for over 3 years now, same as a v3 ER, and another NLS pro for 2 years. I think what you’re forgetting is many companies share similar parts. Whatever you’re doing to your meepo boards, would also happen to backfire boards, wow go boards…

Thanks for the excellent and very thorough review. The disassemblies are appreciated. I purchased one for my kids today based on your review. I was going to get them something in the $4-500 range, but for a few hundred more, they are getting almost twice the performance. Of course dad will need to give it a very in depth test drive before passing on to the kids, maybe lasting a couple of weeks or longer 😂. And what kind of dog is that? I hope that you are paying it a commission😊

Hello, I really like your videos and you show so much. I miss the steep hill test you used before. One thing you cannot get through reviews is longer use experience. I just saw a video of a man that owned four Meepo boards and hade very bad experiences with quality and support. His rear truck on the Meepo envy broke in half even though Meepo said is was no problem.

Based on what I see and hear around me 1. Depending on the rider's habit, damage to the truck or deck may occur due to accumulated stress. - Heavy Rider incorrect carving drive - Use the deck with water or coating peeled off due to mismanagement of the board - Deck damage due to loose tightening of truck to deck connection - Damage to the truck that can occur when axle bolt tightening is wrong when the wheels are mounted on the truck 2. Problems with the parts themselves already at the time of shipment 3. Just a bad consumer. I'm not trying to speak for the company, but most people don't have such issues. I've been doing reviews for a long time too, but I've never had such problems on the board I've received. I hope it's not too negative.

I’ve had this board for 5 weeks, and it’s super glitchy. Battery dies without warning, wheels grind at start up without spinning, battery drains rapidly. But when it works it’s the best!

⚡🔥🔥⚡ *Omg Kami is such a model with those sunglasses matchin the board's theme!!* I was very intrigued when I saw Meepo tryin Hobbywing ESC again, my favourite ESC, on a Meepo Belt drive 👌🏼👌🏼 Temptin board!! The neon green baseplates and kegel pulley 🤩🤩 I "envy" you 😂 Since my Ownboard W2 developed an issue I have missed ridin this style/form factor of eboard, the boosted style. Crazy to see a 4.5a charger here! I wish hobbywing would make a wowgo/exway type remote as the standard, I don't like the bigger oled remote and I would love to have the option to turn the screen off, for battery to last longer. I'd put a Caliber III raked truck on the front 👀 and possibly a 44deg baseplate in the back, my preferred split setup. You are makin me want to buy this board 😂😭 I have no space left lol!! Looks better than the Voyager and my fave ESC 🔥 20miles is good range for this style of board 🤙🏼

It is assumed that there is both a cost-cutting purpose (possibly because it is the quantity produced by Meepo) and a performance change purpose (acceleration and braking).

Hobbywing used to be on the meepo NLS series, then they got rid of it because it’s breaks were too soft, instead of actually working on it like they have and improving it. I’m very pleased to see it make a return.

Honestly I wouldn’t see it as the little sister of the voyager, as they’re very different boards with very different audiences. The voyager is stable and stiff, with straight line speed as it’s main goal. The envy is soft, springy, carvy and light under the feet. They’re complete opposites.

Hi! I got my Envy NLS3 a few days ago. I discovered that the front wheels do point inwards a bit, like "toe in" on a car when the front wheels plow. Are your front truck also like that KAMiJUINs?

And i see everything about envy is very good, the small motors, battery, trucks, esc, remote, everything excluding the deck.
