About the identity of It Lives, I'm pretty sure it's Isaac himself Due to his parents constantly arguing before divorcing, Isaac came to the conclusion he is the cause of all of this, seeing himself as "The Demon" (Azazel) The day he realised it, he locked himself in his toy chest and invented a crazy (Delirium being à word used to describe madness) adventure where he could kill himself before being born (represented by "It Lives") like his dead sibling died before being born (The Hush) even trying to kill himself when he got to Heaven (Isaac Boss fight) He died suffocating in the Chest (represented by "Blue Baby"), the fact he died of a form of suicide made him go to Hell, as we see in some of the endings Well that was my interpretation of the story of Isaac, hope you liked it and that my English didn't suck too much !

Hey Hutts, i came up with a challenge during one of my broken runs. Im not even sure if it would work but i havent seen anyrting like it before. You would have to "cheat" to do it. Start off with the usable Sprinkler (sprinkle? The item u place down that shoots for you). You also start off with tractor beam. What happened for me was that the tractor beams shots were placed in the beam. Now blindfold yourself so the sprinkler is the only tears you get. Trinket of your own choice. Now for this to work you need to use a mod or cheat that allows you to use sprinkler as much as you want. But you are only allowed to place 1 sprinkler per room, boss room you can place 2. The same with Hush, delirium and mega satan if you so choose to fight any of them. If it works for you as it did for me then this could be a pretty interesting challenge :) hope you see this and like it

If you look closely, you also keep sister mags after missing no. so that must mean that all items you start with in run permanently belong to you during that run. This is probably a new thing added in ab+ as I remember that you would normally reroll ALL items when using D4/ Missing no., although I could be wrong.

As of recently, I've been playing a lot of Switch Isaac, and I literally got this run on Samson before I even unlocked It Lives/Polaroid, but I was still able to get to The Lamb 3 times off the strength of that synergy alone and Sacrifice Rooms. I didn't even have to use my tears except maybe for Hosts.

I think it was Afterbirth + that made is so getting something that changes your items will not change challenge dependant items. So Whether its through missingno, D100, D4, six-pip dice room, etc... you will never lose the items specific to that challenge.
