Ok so, vocaloid is a computer that sings. songs can be programmed in it to sing, anybody can make these songs and also make them into different languages. Each computer can be programed to have a specific voice each of which has a mascot, hatsune Miku being the most popular or one of the most. These mascots can have their own concert. Since these are just computers and not actual people they appear as holograms, acting as a vessel for the voice. Vocaloid is NOT an anime or a game, it is a type of music that many enjoy. And sorry if I spelled vocaloid wrong. Correct me if I am wrong about any of these please.

Vocaloid is a PC software that lets you use vocals like any instrument. The Vocaloids are the characters. They sorta represent the voices available and since that got massive attention by also more casual people that then created music and animation and what not, SEGA and the studio behind the software have been making big money. The Vocaloids on concerts are hologram projections on a see through screen.

Very interesting stuff however I would suggest to work on your audio editing. The volume to the few seconds of the OP to the anime you use is super loud compared to your voice recording. I had to turn up my laptop vol to 100 listen to your voice comfortably and then any time the music parts started it was incredibly loud... or your voice vol is recorded incredibly low. Either or. Still good stuff.

I watched this after coming to the realization that I was an uncultured fuck. I knew Hatsune Miku's name and face but had no idea who/what she was. Now I don't really get point behind it to be completely honest. I respect that it must take a lot of work to create a Vocaloid song just as it does for any other. I don't like the music if I am honest but hey, at least I can now not feel so uncultured. Maybe one day I'll get into it, I might even try it myself but I don't know I think id prefer sticking to using my natural voice.
