I got mad respect for those street food vendors on how they're are good at serving the right portions, n determining how much they need to prepare a day to reduce waste since they don't have storage for leftovers. I would like to visit the Kampala culinary scene. If you can make short blogs of various food outlets that are popular and not necessarily main street I would eternally grateful. I visited Jinja a number of years ago and was impressed with cute outlets that served savoury dishes at pocket friendly prices. Kampala is difficult to navigate, thus the importance of highlighting various small outlets.

If your issue is chemicals in plastic bags, then they shd not use oil n plastic plates too. The pt is, there are always chemicals involved in the process of preparing food. Just keeping it 💯!! Otherwise, if one is worried about chemicals, one should only eat sushi or eat food raw straight from the garden. Just thinking out loud!!

When you talk in your videos, you are always being informative about where you are, the foods, the cost, the flavors and taste of what you eat and drink. I don’t want to watch you just eat and drink! Tell me about what you’re eating/drinking, the name of the foods and beverages, what’s in it, how many different meats and veggies in it, how is it cooked etc. Keep talking son! Thats why I watch your videos…. You’re very informative!

Vegetables were there....I think you missed it.....it's not common to find someone with diabetes here....and these are the foods we grow up eating...
