Good information. I have a childhood friend who lives in Ossoyas and into cherry or grape farming. Cost of land is exhoribant ie he recently purchased 4 acres for 1.6 million CAD. I tried to understand the math but didn't add up even if the profit is 10k per acre. Only explanation was that the prices of land are continuously going up in that area (10x in the last 15-20 years) but that is just speculation..
