Kan-Ken: Seeing and Feeling in Martial Arts
💠 In martial arts and life, we don’t learn only by a clear, rationalized process. There is also something else that helps us get the feel of the techniques, strategies, our inner and outer opponents.
💠 The combination of these two, like the yin and yang, constitute of the Samurai “two-eyesight”, “Kan-ken”.
💠 Without it, you won’t be able to get a deeper insight into the techniques, movement, your own psyche or the opponent’s.
💠 In this video, we will do deeper in this concept. Watch it until the end, and don’t forget to share it with your friends if you enjoy it.
