No mate I'm a hundred percent sure it's Modul One and Coyoacan (I know because I play Coyocan). Queen of Rangoon is the jigs set that starts with guitar on 'Sleeper'

Anyone with any idea as to what key whistle is played in the 2nd tune of the set? I've got a Low F and a Low G and neither sound right...........

Not sure if you still need this information but he’s playing an A whistle. And then I’m pretty sure he switches to and E whistle. He plays it in Ellie Goes West and one of his new tunes Two Trees/Tony.
