Mix Veg Curry is made by cooking a mixture of vegetables together in a traditional Indian onion-tomato gravy. The dish is characterized by multiple flavors due to many vegetables which also make it quite nutritious. Watch the full video to learn to learn the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
3-4 tbsp oil
5-6 garlic cloves
piece go ginger
2-3 green chillies
2-3 gry red chillies
2 onions roughly chopped
3-4 tomatoes roughly chopped
10-12 cashews
100 gas Paneer pieces
1 potato in cubes
1 carrot in pieces
8-10 beans
10-12 cauliflower pieces
1 capsicum in pieces
handful of peas
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2-3 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 tsp garam masala
