For real, giving the last line to the last survivor really hits right in the feels. Same with her lines about being all alone and seeing the end, and Hiei's about being left behind. But yeah, the stuff you can put together from the kanmusu and princesses' lines and some songs like this actually paints a picture of a really compelling science-fantasy setting. I dunno if I'd have gotten into Kancolle if I didn't speak Japanese and hadn't immediately picked up on the Abyssal Fleet literally being the reanimated real-life WW2 shipwrecks.
