1. Great video as always. 2. I do protein treat with miche strengthen only. I wash my hair twice a week, and I deep condition with that every fourth wash. I didn’t think it was working until I went to my hairdresser and she commented on the elasticity and strength of my hair. I am a color treated blonde 4c so honey that thing works. Random confession I love the way your hair springs back like a slinky every time you pull it lol. I can’t wait for mine to do that. Thanks for helping me fall in love with my 4c hair!!

As someone with this hair type so many people have said so many negative things about my hair and people dont u understand how hurtful it is when they cannot their dry 4a hair 4c. I don't really try detangling until I've deep conditioned with heat. I watch some people struggle thru every step trying to detangle. Too much work. That was a nice transformation. I feel you not be inspired to do my hair during quarantine. But I try to do wash and DC every 4 to 5 days. I may not be skinny when we emerge from this isolation, but I may be giving Rapunzel a run for her title. 😜😜😜

I did a protein treatment for the first time in years and my hair felt incredible after! It definitely is more balanced now with moisture. I have high porosity hair and I think I'm going to try and do it every 5 weeks or so.Thanks for your video your curls are gorgeous :)

Love all of the Miche products. The indulge conditioner and protein deep conditioner. I switch up between a moisturizing and protein-based dc for my fine strands each week to maintain a healthy balance. Your hair looks great, as always.

I use Aphogee maybe 4X/year And Mielle Organics Babassu mint dc weekly. I tried Miche dc, my hair liked it but that candy scent is too strong and it lingers.

I'm wary of protein treatments like Aphogee because I feel that they'll leave my hair briitle and cause breakage. Because of that I use a lot of light protein deep conditioners and just make it a regular part of my routine.

I’ve Tried the li e and really wasn’t impressed at all. The scents were great but the deep conditioner was blah and the leave in conditioner was blah blah. The twisting butter was ok. I just tried curls dynasty and that shit is the truth.
