I'm sure this will get overlooked, but let's remember those who didn't have families to come home to. When I came back from deployment, there wasn't anyone to pick me. I had to put on a smile and hold back the tears while everyone else was being greeted. One of the hardest moments of my life.

No Alan Ewing...its not overlooked, thank you so much for ALL of your sacrifices. We wouldn't have the opportunities we have if it weren't for God and people like you. God bless you and thank you so much. Whatever happened to your family, I'm so sorry, but again, your sacrifices are not unnoticed, they are appreciated. Good luck with life will be praying for you.

My dad was in the U. S. Navy for 20 years and I remember the times when he would come home from wherever he was stationed and I would search the crowd to see him and then run to jump in his arms. I totally understand the families that wait for their loved ones to come home. And although my dad has passed away now, I look forward to his warm embrace when I see him in Heaven. Very good song. Thank you for what you do and God bless!!!

My dad served as a medic for 30 years in the United States Army. I am proud to be his son and proud to have grown up in the military. I was watching videos and eating steak leftovers from last night's family reunion. Now I have heard this song many times, but had never seen this video. I have to admit that I had to stop eating, because I couldn't swallow. I've seen these folks returning home, firsthand. I was one coming home and there is nothing that can describe seeing your family, that you have been away from for so long. Seeing your baby for the first time. For one of my fellow Marines, it was seeing his father, for the last time, because 2 days after returning, his father had a heart attack. Had we been 2 days later, he would have only been attending a funeral. Never underestimate how hard it is for the family that is left behind, when someone deploys.

You are stupid, so I will give you a break here, but next time, try and think about your own heart, your own feelings, if the person you watched walk away to that airplane, were to never come home alive. Kane Brown, is the best thing that has happened to Country Music, in such a long time. The absolute pleasure of his voice, and the lyrics he so charmingly sings, is dynamical. He is like the Eminem, to Country! I obviously love the sound of his voice, however, he is a lyrical genius when it comes to, making the connection of the lyrics and adding the sound! If he was heard more by the younger generation, he would be a superstar, to a heck of a lot more people than he is... he is still new and fresh to a lots and just hasn't been heard by all yet! However, it's coming and I am confident in saying, so! Kane, you are the one, to introduce Country, to the up and coming generations. They won't believe how much they love Country music, until they hear you! If you ever happen to see this, I would like to say, Congratulations Bud! Your talent, has now targeted to the young, and the new icon to the musical, world!
