Thank you so much for your answers and for the video! My favorite animes are 遊び遊ばせ、映像研には手を出すな、デキる猫は今日も憂鬱。I chose the ones that are less because they really make me laugh, appreciate the anime and wish to have a masterful cat; respectively.

#kanjiradio How does a 外国人 go about learning 書道? Is it even possible to learn it without a sensei? PS. Is there something I can use instead of a giant brush and a pot of ink? That's sure to make a mess.
@flatbreadjk7 ай бұрын
You can use brush pens
@flatbreadjk7 ай бұрын
It is possible to learn it without a sensei, just learn the general stroke order (left to right, top to bottom, symmetrical center first then sides afterwards etc etc) and the 永 principle Then just copy what you see on other calligraphy art pieces
@dacueba-games7 ай бұрын
@@flatbreadjk I already know stroke order because I study Japanese. I can write kanji for communication just fine. I have no idea what the "永" principle is, tho. Still, I highly doubt I'd be able to just immitate calligraphy and come out knowing 書道. But thanks for the tips anyway, humanoid Fluttershy. Beware of the fruit bats.

Thank you so much for taking the time with my question sensei, but I suppose I didn't communicate the difference I hear in your pronunciation of kanji sometimes, at 1:14 and 1:56 and 10:09 for example. To me, It sounds like you drop the i sound completely there, while sometimes preserving it completely like at 5:30 when testing out my question. Perhaps I need more listening comprehension to hear the i sound when it's "gone" but I can't help but wonder if a native speaker can drop it without noticing. Although now that I think about it, you're speaking english in these videos when you say the word kanji and until you spoke japanese sentences at 5:30 to intentionally include the word kanji, It's always been surrounded by english pronunciation efforts. It doesn't really matter and I'm probably overthinking it but I'm just interested in how people speak and there's a chance it enlightens some property of speech unbeknownst to me or others

Oh…!!! Thank you so much!!! I see… Perhaps the word "kanji" is pronounced "kanji" when said alone, and "kanj" when followed by a sentence. Perhaps the word "kanji" is pronounced "kanji" when said alone, and "kanj" when followed by a sentence. I find this difference very interesting lol.
