Company film produced by the Kansas City Southern Railway to showcase the inaugural trip of the Kansas City Southern Railway Southern Belle Passenger Train in 1940. This was a year after the premier of GONE WITH THE WIND. They must have been itching to refer to the film, and call some of the local belles "Scarlett O'Hara" but couldn't because this wasn't in Georgia, and had nothing to do with the Civil War. But what a great piece of KCS history. Thanks for posting it!
