If we truly love an artist and their gift; we will go on that journey with them and allow them the freedon of expression they need in their art. That’s a big thing for me too. There is nothing at all in that album that I should be ashamed of or keep from my children. I can’t say that about half these famous artists and a lot of Christian musicians do the same repetitive thing, this is refreshing but still FOCUSED. It’s straight gospel. Its EXACTLY what I want my kids to hear, especially since they’d like the sound that Kanye is famous for.
