Me when I send a Disney logo to anyone who says I can't separate the art from the artist
@duckduckgoose804910 ай бұрын
@@HairyNun It's different when the artist includes the crazy shit he's saying in the art. "Separate the art from the artist" only applies if the artist leaves his actions and beliefs out of the art, but Kanye's new album literally has antisemitic lyrics in the first song and then throughout the album. Not only that, but he literally has a whole army of fans dickriding and actually believing the crazy conspiracy theories and racist shit he's saying. By this point, he's influencing people to believe in the evil things he believes. He could literally tell his fans to kill someone and they'll do it. He could kill a jewish person on live TV and his fans will be cheering him on. I know those are extreme examples, but I'm trying to make a point about what he's capable of right now. A man with that much fame and influence continuing down these alt-right conspiracies can be dangerous.

Of course Kanye knew American Psycho would become a postmodern cultural symbol of rebellion, and his selection of this scene perfectly reflects the raw mutinuous essence of Yeezus, an album so prophetic that people still don't understand its brilliance. He's always ahead of his time, sonically, visually, and fashion-wise. GOAT and modern prometheus!

Rumour has it one time Oloff was sat next to Jar Jar Binks on a flight. Jar Jar kept kicking the chair in front of him and generally being obnoxious, nobody knew what to do. Eventually one of the flight attendants came over and asked Oloff if he would perform one of his songs to calm Jar Jar down, and when Oloff began rapping the first verse to Doing It Stealthy, Jar Jar immediately relaxed. To this day the two are still close friends.
