Thank you Kristine! I'm coming out of the worst of some structural damage/injuries I have (as well as a number of other health challenges) which means I have to modify some of the movements, but I sooooo appreciate these webinars. Here for the third day, will be here the next 2 as well. I'm not a yoga teacher, 'just' a yoga student. This IS getting me back on track, and helping me work toward my overall health improvement. Thank you again. [Note: I'm actually Kathy Stockton, don't know why it has signed me in as my kid]

I didn't want to click the thumbs up because it is at the auspicious number of 108! Enjoying this workshop on replay. I am seldom able to watch your teaching live due to time issues. But here with you now!

Thank you, Kristine, this workshop has been very eye-opening. It helps fill in the gaps between what I know, what I don't know, and what I should be looking at.

Thank you Kristine! Great information for responding to the students needs as they present for class! I assess where the students are at in their energy bodies at the beginning of each class and use this to guide where I start from. 🙏🏻

Hi, thank you for this video. It has been so informative. I really appreciate it. I also like the way in which you present. It makes yoga seem doable and I can relate to what you are saying.

Thankyou Kristine , allways love your energy . Great information and love that you start with '' meeting the Mood . '' Feels like it could be amazing Alchemy , love that word ! My little community here on East coast Australia has just gone through floods , there are alot of people , stressed & depressed people ..... who if they came to a class .. .. may be Hyper aroused and some people may be Hypo aroused! ... In a class situation where there may be both kinds I guess I would just have to guage each individual and take it from there , or get some details prior to coming to a class for nervous system balance. .. Should I just start with a gentler hyper aroused person oriented class ? Much Gratitude From Celena

first, I'm sorry to hear about your community. I have a friend in Sydney and she told me it's been raining hard for months! As for mixed classes, an easy way to think about this is to use more of a Brmhana or nourishing/gently energizing class in the earlier part of the day, and more of a Langhana or reducing/letting go class towards the end. Hope that helps!

Hi, from staffordshire england, I have wanted to do the teacher training course for such a long time. I planned on doing it towards June as I retire from full time employment end of May. I plan to focus on my yoga class and have a few courses I want to do.

Thank you Kristine!! 🙏 This is my chance to finally get your teacher training course - this was on my list of the things I wanted for myself this year. 💃 Now need to plan a silent retreat for myself for self study 💝 Bellinifrog = Sharanne 😜

Great webinar as always. My teachng has changed dramatically since discovering your work. My question is: how do you sequence when you have a mixed group of people with some in hypo and some in hyper arousal state in the class? This is probably the more common experience for me. Thanks!

Thank you, really helpful. Question - is the course lifetime access and can it be started whenever I am able to (currently overloaded so wouldn't have time to start immediately) I need this for me!!
@SubtleYoga2 жыл бұрын
Yes you can start whenever you like. We guarantee the course will stay up until January 2025 (and we hope longer!) Feel free to email with questions. support@subtleyoga.com. xo

Hi Kristine, re-watching from Louisville, KY. Excited to dive into this! I've already incorporated some elements from your Science of Slow practices to my Gentle Yoga class. Curious -- does the science of slow come with CEUs?

Thank you! This was lovely. I am a 200RYT and wanting to expand my learning and your course seems perfect. Would prefer to take courses in fall/winter when days are shorter. Can I purchase this course now (for the sale) and take it when I want to? Fall/winter next year. Or is it only accessible for a short time?
