You can do it with loosening exercises and then do asanas, relaxation and pranayama..after pranayama not advised to do workouts soon..or if possible you can have a gap between yoga and workout..Velam 30 min kayinj kudikam🙏🏻

No...first start cheyumbol oru deep inhalation cheyam, then continous forceful exhalation anu, but swabavikamayi passive inhalation nadakunund oro exhalation kayiyumboyum..hope it is clear 🙏🏻
