Thanks for bringing this for Everyone to see! I ran a GS 550 that ended up being a 710 cc. This beautiful bike was the difference between a small block and a big block. I used all clutch springs and others to hold it. The streets of Orlando did double takes in 1985.. You guys Rock!

That's exactly the bike I wanted to always build. I worked on a motorcycle drag racing team. I was a Grease monkey. We used the same upper deck and also the 1340cc kit. Air shifter except we used Kawasaki with 8 valve engine's. Our team turned 8.32 in the quarter. Funny bike division naturally aesperated too. Gas ported Pistons for Ring seal o ringed for compressor. Ported intakes and exhaust ports polished exhaust ports. We even turned the upper deck around carbs in front exhaust in back for RAM Air effects until they outlawed it. I always told my boss can't we use the Suzukis because they were multi valve. Year's before the GS 1150 es about 7 and 8 years before. The 1150 was the Best my favorite. Vance and Hines part's too. Didn't have those brakes back when. That beauty is built to the 9s even 8s. Imagine a turbo or supercharger on that? I used to love the super chargers back when. Imagine the low end and mid-range torque with such a setup?!

North Seattle ,94 or so See in the motorcycle section 81gs 750 e not much else.100.00 im on it show up to the house Homeowner said i haven't seen bike yet. Its my roommate he split to the east coast not coming back He brought the bike brand new put 4200 on od it spun bering took bike apart been siting outside for 12 years .Lets go look at it. Right next to shed had real good bike cover on it pull it off Black blue pin striped*GS 750 look liked it justed rolled off the showroom everything 4200 on the od not a uv mark anywhere.down below took the head off put stuff in the shed he put the carbs undermeath the.bike. had new Metzler on it i dont have title but i can get it. Bu the time i get this going you'll have paper gsve him 100. Found out #3.inside rod dropped plate out bottom of the motor left it in the frame mew head gasket 3 xays later call him up fired it up carb cleaner carbs we're toast. went to yhis wreckong yard got some older bank of carbs and 4 onto 1 Basini hrader Fun bike for 350 lost it to state trooper. On to the next one.

It was in the trunk of a Cadillac going to the crusher for weight I had to put a new curb box on it new tires new brakes new battery I ran it on Long Island for about a year and a half men traded it for a Toyota Tercel 1981 and it got 50 mi to the gallon went from bethpage Long Island to Annandale Virginia at just 2 mi under 300 in the car would take no more than 6 gallons of gas in that trip
