Sir ..how to differentiate between kS and bacillary angiomatosis

Bacillary angiomatosis has purple colonies of bacteria. Also usually has neutrophils. HHV-8 immunostain makes the distinction with certainty in difficult cases. See our Kaposi Sarcoma video by @globaldermie & me: kikoxp.com/posts/3706
