I’ve read many can be asymptomatic carriers which makes me wonder how there isn’t more diagnosed in US. I have been suffering an illness that has progressed slowly over last 8+ years. Have bounced around healthcare providers and labeled with Paratosis psychosis and an excoriator. Fast forward to now am wasting away. It’s taken over my joints, lymph nodes and much more than the ‘surface, cosmetic’ skin issue I thought had been fighting these past years. Any direction or referral would be greatly appreciated!

I know your a Dermapath but can you do other systems also.
