I do this kind of training for years and I love it. Simple, effective, builds decent muscle, burns callories, makes you strong and enduring.

I’m sure you already have your own list of topics lined up, but if this idea fits in, I’d love to see it covered: Hypothetically speaking-how would a fully trained MMA fighter from the UFC, maybe even someone from the top 5, fare against a fully trained Kalaripayattu fighter in a one-on-one combat (no weapons involved)? Which fighting style would have the edge and why? It’s an interesting matchup of modern vs traditional, and I think breaking down the strengths and weaknesses of both styles would make for a fascinating video. Bro, since u r a martial artist, can u please make a video on full body conditioning like one can take punches or body shots and can deliver the same thing to the other guy. Like thigh and leg conditioning, arms and elbow (palm, wrist, knuckle) conditioning for beginner levels and how much time one should do a week? Or do u cover this thing in muddy muscle course? 💪🙏

Bhai aajtak exercise nhi ki thi zindagi m.1-2 weeks 10 dand maar rha hu sirf shoulder muscles ki shape aana shuru ho gyi biceps ki bhi girth badh gyi h. Ye 10 dand pr haal h. Bhai tu 500 maarega toh Bhai zabardast bn jayega

High rep low intensity is not optimal for hypertrophy...but it will give you some of that stimulus....specially initially ✌️

Speed maybe... Over rotation of the shoulder.. Could also be something with the form ... Just guessing ✌️ doesn't mean you're doing something wrong... could be something wrong with the joint... get medical help if needed.. Thanks ✌️
