I love what you said about that "goofy voice" technique and I didn't know its a common thing. I use that to sound similar to Randy Blythe whenever I want to scream along to one of their songs. Screaming something like "Now You've Got Something to Die For" with normal screams sounds so bland so I was wondering how he gets that unique tone of his so I messed around until I got close. It turns out that a very overexaggerated country accent gets me close to his voice. Like an Hank Williams OG country music voice with false cords lol. It's really cool! Anyway, I loved the video and it was an amazing reaction as always! Thanks for teaching us more cool stuff!

Question; if when I’m putting distortion on my vocals I don’t feel pain during but sometimes after I’m done performing the vocal distortion, does that mean I’m still doing it wrong? It won’t be instantaneous but like maybe a couple minutes after I’ve done it I start to feel some throat pain am I doing it wrong? Thanks!
