I actually went to high school with Kareem Abdul Jabbar.. both of us were very tall & athletic for our age so naturally we ended up competing quite a lot for sports teams etc.. one time KAJ challenged me to a game of H.O.R.S.E. and being confident I wagered my car against his ($2,000 value roughly).. Kareem tried to hustle me by saying it's spelt HORS with no E. As you could imagine we got into a massive argument over this bet. Years would pass and what started as dissing each other in the halls turned into late night phone calls of just heavy breathing.. then I got laid off again & again.. then the bank took my house and finally my first & second wives left me. He may have taken everything from me but he can NEVER. TAKE. MY. (HORS) E!!!
