Great video! Honestly, I have worked retail, security, and have been a supervisor at civic centers and I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have seen parents act like those two in the video tossing accusations of creepiness at other adults in order to cover up for their own creepiness concerning children. The fact that they threatened you with the law but yet never called the law is very revealing. In the cases I have witnessed, that was the first major red flag that opened a floodgate on them. The guilty dog(s) bark first as the old saying goes.

For several years until about two years ago, I kept a 34 foot long Chapparal Signature cabin cruiser docked on a large lake in Alabama. It was a fantastic boat docked at an expensive marina on a lake with mostly million dollar+ homes. My relatively small and old (2004) boat was surrounded my Sea Rays, Carvers, Chris Crafts and mostly super-expensive vessels, all docked in thr same $500/month wet slips. Irrespective of the money that most of my dock mates had in their checking accounts, I'd invariably wind up on the weekends idling out to a mooring, dropping and anchor and tieing off in order to spend the weekends. The marina was nothing more than a trailer park without all of the wheels.

It may have been more than that because like I said, I don't remember the actual number, but it wasn't less. Pedophiles are in every neighborhood, nowhere is safe so keep a good lookout for anything strange or different in your child's behavior. I get this families concern, but they are going way overboard! It's not like there are 10 boats at the ramp, just one with a child, and you are singling them out to film, that would be something to worry about. Personal experience in this area makes me commiserate with these people, but they need to learn when to be over the top concerned, and this is obviously not one of those times. Those guys with the buckets are most likely a large aquarium contractor, they charge the customer for instant ocean (a powder to create saltwater with nutrients) and then go to the boatramp to pocket a few hundred dollars.
