My best story was when I was delivering a load I broke a small tree branch going down a narrow back country road and a short time later I stopped for breakfast at a locaL diner. I looked up to see a guy walking in w/ a branch yelling at me because I "killed" his favorite tree!!! The guys at work began calling me "woody"

Seems like you had an awful lot of nuts to deal with that's for sure as I've watched your videos. Why are there so many people angry nowadays? Respect of persons has gone out the window. Nobody listens or reads the fine print. They sure don't remember God knows everything they do! I'd hang my head in shame if I was like that. If I had never done multi drop delivery's(animal carcass to butcher shops and bags of coal so heavy work) I would call bulls#it........but I can 100% confirm that kind of thing happens all the time. I amount of grief I used to get was shocking for simply doing my job!! I certainly wasn't as polite as you was 🤣🤣🥰

Back in the day before I worked 3rd party flatbed for a home improvement store, I was a delivery employee there, and sometimes I would take appliances on box truck. Once had a customer park behind my truck in their driveway in order to trap me and compel me to do a stop I had refused. I once had to fend off a sexual assault from a customer while on their property. Just this week, I had several of my flatbed delivery customers cuss me out because they needed drywall/flooring/lumber carried in their house, and I was unable to accommodate them. “But the salesman said you would!” Yeah buddy nope, I’m a skilled equipment operator. The stuff goes where the forklift goes, which is NOT on your lawn/in your garage/fording the river, etc…. THE MOFFETT CAN’T FLY

Funny story When I was a coal man alot of customers bought in 1 ton pallets(40 bags) that we hand balled off the flat bed. Customer found a deal that they could get 1 ton cheaper(not a coal merchant)and ordered it and it turned up on a flat bed with a Moffat. Driver dropped it on the drive way. Customer-the coal man carriers it to my shed out the back? Driver-im not the coal man. Customer-what am I supposed to do? Driver-dont know it's not my job to hand ball it off the pallet. 🤣🤣🤣

hey Mike I had a woman worker at a warehouse accuse me of yelling at a yard worker I told her that i was just talking to the yard worker that was going to unload me he just happened to be 40 feet away and i was not mad at him just saying hi and would be ready for him in a few minutes .A week later i get home and the boss calls me in and chews my ass for yelling at this person and arguing to the woman .and almost got fired .Revenge time 1 month later i was going to the same place when i get there i go straight to the office and asked to speak with the manager .I have a little chat with said person and explain the whole thing and almost getting fired for it .he calls the yard worker and the woman into his office and get's there side of the story the yard worker confirms my story but the woman sticks to her story and you can see she is pissed off .while the yard worker is off loading me we happened to see this woman walk out get in her car and leave .as i am rolling my straps and tarps up and getting ready to leave the worker comes and tells me she was given the rest of the day off and to my surprise the manager comes to tell me he had called my office and explained to my boss what had really happened and apologized for his employees behavior. 🤣 some times you got to walk a mile others you get to ride in a limo .

That poor husband should have told his wife to get in the darn house and let me deal with it. But I guess we know who wears the pants and that house. No compromise between those two.
