I like the way you never escalate to their level of drama. You just take you time to explain the situation in a calm voice and after awhile the customer eventually calms down and you both come to an understanding.

Was going to comment back to your question about the guy getting 110 years. Can't find the video again. I personally don't have a link to any videos, but CBS Denver has several on KZbin. I do know there was quite a few turned over to the police and CBI. Kevin says his company sent his footage in too. He doesn't work for this company know. He is a truck boss, and instructor for their truck school.

I found your channel pretty recently and I really like the videos also. This is the first reaction video I saw and I enjoyed it also. I like that you put some of the relevant comments up and respond to them. But if I can add a little advice/constructive criticism, I would say that the audio needs adjusted some. It seemed, to me anyway, that the part of the video when you were reacting was pretty low compared to the volume of video that you were reacting to. In other words, your commentary was being drowned out because the video you were commenting on was pretty loud. Maybe it was just me though. I am not the best at explaining things so hope I was able to get my point across. 🤷 I'm not that great with words. Lol But I did like the video and I would definitely like to watch some more. Thanks and keep up the good work! 👍

Your moffet is better than the local that is used here. The blade assembly is on the back of the cab. The trailer is dropped and the cab is maneuvered in reverse like a standard forklift.

Main Squeeze is the same as My Boo, My Girl, my girlfriend, my lover. When you say it to people in this case... folks are just thinking ok then...him likes dark meat. Ma-Boy or perhaps Road-Dawgg will raise less eyebrows. Granted in the late 1800's it meant your boss as in; he is squeezing every minute out of me but by 1970 and since then...it refers to your lover. Sales men and account reps are nothing but blatant liars that just want to make the sale. I dealt with a lot of guarantees made by them to customers that was quite unrealistic. When given the bad news they thought that by escalating to my senior manager the problem would be fixed...wrong! Time and time again I explained the reason to him and he would tell them that it is what it is....your customer will not be getting his circuit in the time frame YOU promised.

Come on, like that pallet wasn't so heavy they couldn't of dragged it into the garage, you know, like even if it was like 300kg, you can definitely have 3 - 4 people pulling the pallet along the ground.

When Karens want their delivery 🚚 WHERE I WANT IT, regardless of where it will fit. They weren't misinformed. They were told, "curbside delivery." The fact he offered $50 to put it in the garage tells you he's lying. Eff you, Kevin. On a side note, when our kitchen cabinets were delivered, I EXPECTED a semi, not a box truck. I was glad it wasn't.

Yeah, I mean, honestly I think most these deliveries could be done without a semi. Probably shouldn't be. Kind of weird in my area at least. Normally just a box truck with a lift in the back and they dolley stuff in manageable portions. I get the forklift for pallet materials though. Bundled wood/Hardie board etc. My distributors would unload that by hand and dolly the heavy shit. But that's stuff that comes packaged from the distributor, with that in mind, with their delivery guys. This is just box stores (I'm assuming) sub contracting out the delivery. I can't imagine how much information is lost in translation with dealing with third parties like that. Must be a nightmare for these guys haha. Just between me and my distributor direct there's tons of shit lost in translation. I do think it's nuts, just nuts these companies are only paying these guys for curbside.

I swear I had covid in nove of 2019 all the same symptoms. Went to the ER. Got tested for pneumonia and FLU it was neither. But it was same symptoms as I just had when I had covid last month. And I was sick for 3 weeks

I got covid in November of 2019 supposedly before the first case in America and I ain't never been outside of America. once it hit we came back and looked and my doctor said he thinks that is what I had and did a test and it showed I had immunities so that means I had had it. The funny thing is I was sicker than hell and he put me on steroids and inhaler and something else I can't remember what it was z pack I guess I don't know but I was only sick for about 5 or 6 days but the first day I was bad. so no it definitely is not a conspiracy theory that it was here before they claimed it was here. There are plenty of deliveries. People always need stuff delivered. I just had a lady today, trying to get me to move 350 lbs. of tile off a pallet. I told her no and she refused the delivery. Called me an asshole bc I wouldn't touch her freight. People are always like this. She hit me with the line "Well the other driver did."
