I made a pizza casserole similar to this years ago. It was delicious so I know this will be too. We have plenty of ice and snow here in Kentucky. I’m over it. I will get out early in the morning to go to the store. I’m about out of salad fixings and we’re dieting 🙁. A much needed diet. You and Pop take care & be safe. Love you ! ❤

I'm a single person and could get a lot of meals out of this! Looks delicious! I live in Washington State on the eastern side, and we've had about 2 inches of snow and it's not melting. Next week will be colder with temps in the 20's during the day, and teens at night.

Whoa! My mouth's watering! I like that you cooked the pasta in the pot. I would imagine that you'd want to keep an eye on it so it cooks evenly and doesn't go beyond al dente. I'm not that experienced so I think of things like that. Thanks, Karen. Oh, I've lived in New Orleans, my father lives in Atlanta and my cousin lives near Birmingham. But good Lord, I've never heard of the kind of weather you're having so far south! Rough up here in the mountains of West Virginia right now but we're used to it. Keep safe and warm. ❤

I make PLT sandwiches (subs) pepperoni , lettuce and tomato and I toast the sub buns and fry up the pepperonis and I put sprinkle cheese on top and broil it for a few minutes. I put lettuce and tomato on my sub with some mayo and Italian dressing. You could use any sauce or condiment you like.. I have even put some banana pepper rings on it. They are delicious and makes for a different twist to your meals. I have used the large size pepperonis , Turkey pepperonis. Make it your own with the flavors you and your family enjoys. Thanks for a great recipe. Can’t wait to try it. Live in Southern CT we had some snow last Monday it melted but after the sun went down it turned to black ice. That caused me to lose control and hit a big tree and the tree won. I have injuries from the air bag deployment. On the hunt for a new SUV! ❣️

Your Pizza Dish looked really good. I could almost smell and taste it 😋. The colder temps have brought out all the great comfort foods. We had Chili and Cornbread for dinner earlier tonight with a side dish of Coleslaw. Stay warm and safe during those snow days. Snuggle up and enjoy staying inside.

Yum. When I was a young teen I'd stay with Nanny & Pop in the summer for at least 2 weeks at a time. It was awesome! Nanny would let me have a wonderful breakfast of Cheetos and Dr. Pepper. Later in life when I told Momma about it, she just shook her head and said they let you do whatever you wanted. Yes, they did. 😮😊

Karen, I kinda had to chuckle when you said you had 2-3 inches of snow. I live in WV and we have over 2 feet of snow and its still snowing. This is the kinda snow storms we had when I was a little girl. I am not a fan of snow but it sure is pretty.

😆 in 1993 we had a blizzard, literally. My yard had 18 inches. We were stuck for days, no power. Luckily the fireplace kept us warm and a grill and camp stove kept us fed. Sadly, 2 inches will shut us down. We're just not equipped. It's not normal for us. But, I love to see it then I'm ready for it to go away. ❤️

We had 16 inches of snow on 1/5 with temps in the single digits Today it's a whole 32 otherwise all temps have been below freezing. I make something similar to this minus the pepperoni. The old tum-tum can't handle that anymore.
