Thank you! Hickory is pretty dense and is a little bit of a challenge to work with. Sharp tooling really helps. It can be beautiful wood though.

Thanks for watching. I am a new channel with few videos. I like to share my work, mainly because I enjoy watching what others build. It is a little odd to cut a cove like that on the tablesaw the first time but the key is to make sure the temporary fence is secure and raise the blade just a little at a time. I usually do about an 1/8th of an inch at a time.
