Karl Pilkington travels to Australia to swim with dolphins, but Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant ensure the trip takes a different course.
Karl takes part in a blindfolded kickboxing contest after a surprise stop in Thailand, and encounters hundreds of snakes later on his journey. The adventure ends with an opportunity to swim with the marine mammals - but it is actually Great White sharks that are underwater.
Brit Karl Pilkington has led a sheltered life. Not having done any traveling, he enjoys living within the comforts of what he knows, basically that being what is purely British. As such, his friends, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, decide to send Karl to various parts of the world to experience unfamiliar cultures. Stephen believes that travel is a life broadening venture, and hopes that Karl will indeed feel like his life is enriched by these travels. Ricky, however, hopes that Karl will hate every minute of his travels. For Ricky, this experiment is the most expensive gag for his own pleasure that he could have conceived.

Nobody has ever had any trouble grasping the concept of crossdressing. People only start thinking it is bollocks when far leftists started insisting that trans women are just as much "biological women" as actual women with XX chromosomes and vaginas. He would actually be considered "transphobic" for his comments by the woke mobs that fuel cancel culture. He called them "blokes in dresses" and used the word "tr@nny", which leftists consider a "slur" for some reason even though it is just a shortened version of "transgender person", which is too much of a mouthful to be saying over and over, it's just easier to say. If anything, his take on ladyboys is closer to what Republicans and Tories believe than what Democrats and Labour Party supporters believe. They don't think trans women are "men that like to dress as women", they think they are literally women and that your "gender identity" determines your sex. They basically separated "gender" from "sex" during the 60s, and now during the 2020s they are merging them again, except with "sex" being totally superceded by "gender", and now "gender expression" fills the role that "gender" used to fill, with even bearded, massive, hairy men insisting they are women and women wearing dresses and make-up insisting they are somehow "men" or "demiboys" or "non-binary' even though they are presenting as feminine in every way.

Apparently sometimes snakes can fart as a defensive mechanism. It's known as "cloacal popping" to herpetologists and snake keepers. And I've read that their farts can often be surprisingly loud. Sometimes they will have something stuck in their cloaca and will fart to try to dislodge it. Or it could just be plain old methane from the digestive process passing normally.
