Hi Karl! Great review! It was very thorough and we enjoyed watching it very much! We did want to point out a few things regarding some points you've mentioned: Dolby Atmos wrappers: While Dolby Atmos wrappers like Dolby Access are great and can increase the sensation, they are not necessary for using the Woojer. It is a valuable recommendation nevertheless! Charging and the included Fast Charger: While the Vest Edge offers charging via USB-C, it is highly recommended to charge using the included Fast Charger, as most standard USB-C chargers, along with USB outputs of PCs will not be able to output sufficient power to charge the Vest sufficiently. This is why while connecting via USB-C to a PC, the Vest will not charge while operating. We will be addressing this in future models, however. External sound system: While Woojer was designed to be easily used with headphones via the 3.5mm headphone output, it does not mean that setting it up with an external sound system is impossible. It mainly depends on the way you have everything set up. Let's take as an example someone using a Denon AVR-X1600H with a full 7.1 system setup. He also wants to utilize the Woojer at the same time as the 7.1 system. This example person will need to extract the audio from its source (In likeliness, either a TV or a Console) using an HDMI Audio Extractor (Like this Neoteck 4k HDMI Extractor: www.amazon.co.uk/Neoteck-Extractor-Adjustment-Optical-Converter-Green/dp/B076BCT6XQ), which will then be able to output to the Vest using either a 3.5mm cable or using a Bluetooth transmitter connected to the extractor's S/PDIF output. (Like this Avantree Oasis Plus: avantree.com/oasis-plus-bluetooth-transmitter-for-tv) This is one potential way to connect a sound system at the same time as Woojer. It does require a bit more work and external accessories. We will also be working on addressing this in future models. Wireless headphones & Dual-Bluetooth connectivity with mobile devices: The Woojer Vest Edge was designed with a Bluetooth receiver, not a transmitter, similarly to how many wireless Bluetooth headphones operate. Therefore, to enjoy a wireless experience with the Vest Edge and a pair of wireless Bluetooth headphones, they both need to be connected to the same source. While some Samsung devices offer this feature (called "Media Share") on devices starting from the Galaxy S8, many Android devices do not have this feature available to them, as it is not directly related to Bluetooth 5.0 functionalities. At the same time, iPhone devices also offer this feature under AirPlay, however, it is only accessible to iOS devices or first-party Apple devices, meaning it is not accessible to Woojer devices. Similar to how an external sound system can be used with external accessories, iPhones can be used as a source device for dual connectivity, however, they require an external Dual-Bluetooth transmitter (Like this 1Mii 3.5mm Dual-Bluetooth transmitter: www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Transmitter-Receiver-Adapter-Latency/dp/B08H8LK73P/ref=sr_1_9?dchild=1&keywords=aptx+bluetooth+transmitter+dual&qid=1612110649&sr=8-9) with a 3.5mm to Lightning adapter. (Like this one offered by Apple: www.apple.com/shop/product/MMX62AM/A/lightning-to-35-mm-headphone-jack-adapter) (@Hanzi2u you might find this useful as well!) Firmware updates: As noted in the FAQ included in the Firmware updating article, if you purchased your unit in 2020, you've received a unit from one of our first batches of production - marked as First Generation (or FG for short). Later batches from 2021 had a slight difference in the serialization and identification of the onboard chip, which required a different firmware version altogether. As such, your Woojer Vest Edge's firmware version (2.101.2) is fully up-to-date and you require no further firmware update for the operation of your unit! I just recently got it and started playing cod and the witcher 3 with it and i must say at first i didnt like it because i was barely able to feel anything but once i brought the intensity level up i was blown away. On Cod multiplayer it was crazy, every little sound makes the vest vibrate, like reloading your weapon makes it vibrate a little but when you are in a gunfight it vibrates intensely. Tried wz with it and its also really fun to use. The witcher 3 with it hasnt let me down, only spent 2 hours on the witcher with it on and i was having a blast that i almost lost track of time since i was so immersed into the game and the whole experience. Overall a great product for taking gaming to the next level

i bought the woojer strap series 3 and i hate it. it doesnt connect well to the app and a pair of airpods. it fine if your connecting to a set of wired headphones but who wants to be wired everything should be wireless by now right. so i am in the process of returning it. that being said i do want to try the vest. i think itll be alot better since it looks like its a better product just from the reviews ive read.

Depends on the connection. Bluetooth; probably not. USB C; probably not. 3.5 mm AUX, sure. I ran mine through the controller's output and then plugged my headphones into the out of the vest.

What about a Headset with Microphone? Is that also supported / possible to use with the Vest? I have one with 3.5mm all in one cable. If I plug that in the Vest is the Microphone also supported then? I often play together with friends using Discord / Teamspeak / etc. so it would be bad to don't be able to do so when wearing the Vest.

Just a quick question before watching the rest of the video, when you talked about you need to plug your headphones into the Vest, I was wondering if you cloud plug a Bluetooth receiver so you can use your wireless Bluetooth headset with the vest? Is that something you know of? My bad i was to quick, it does have Bluetooth connectivity? Right

I don’t think there is a way to do this. At minimum, one of the two connection paths must be a physical connection (into the vest or out of the vest via headphones)

You should max out the audio input into the vest then use the vest to control the audio volume and intensity. I hope that makes sense. It’s written in the manual as well if I wasn’t clear. Cheers.

This was purchased for me as a gift, but is far to expensive for a gimmick product. They tell you that it will take an undisclosed amount of time to get you the product, so my mother wanting to gift it to me for my birthday purchased it ahead of time to make sure it would arrive. Now this overpriced gimmick of a product is still sealed, unused, and because we are outside of their 30 day window they will not consider any returns, and keep forwarding me advice on how to get this product that I explained I have zero in working on my computer. I asked to have this considered by a higher manager, as their return policy is run by a 3rd party online return website/app, and they declined that request and once again sent me advice on how to "set it up" on my computer. I am not opening it, I do not want it, your product is honesty...stupid...and I tried to be professional and ask for due consideration and was met with a literal joke of a customer service experience. Oh and left with a stupid vest in a sealed box.
