Hey Karl, Walaikumassalam. Yes Muslims bury in cemeteries just like Christians/Jews. But not exactly like Christian traditions. I understand your point, it might be true, but what is the reason for military presence in so called "IOK", if there is no military presence, Pakistan military will just infiltrate , destabilize and take over.... just like with Taliban's in Afghanistan.... Indian military respects the ceasefire and pok , that's why Azad Kashmir doesn't have threat or risk from Indian military..plus... The Pakistan army should first demilitarize as per un accord.. After which only Indian military can demilitarize yet defend itself....so first step is on Pakistan military, then only can Indian military can tone down their military presence

People are simple and life style is also very simple. Literacy rate is very high and city has a huge number of professionals working abroad. The chappal kabab guy you met is the second generation in business. As far food if you are invited to some ones house , you fill find the best food. I would recommend Kashmiri Tandoori Baqarkhani you should try with tea in break fast. Go to pir chinasi for a more panoramic view of the city and surroundings, it’s beyond explanation. I still remember the day I opted to do my bachelor's degree here over other universities in Pakistan, just to explore Kashmir's beauty. This place is just gorgeous and this mosque had been my neighbor for two years. Pakistan hotel has the best tea, and those juicy seekh kababs, our go to place to visit every month.

Huge fan of Mr Karl. Love People were very calm and there was no hustle after watching the camera. I am also from Kashmir Pakistan, This video could not show the real beauty of Muzaffarad, Actually, Muzaffarabad is much more beautiful and developed than you can see in this video. and most important thing PEACEFUL I think due to rain, Karl could not cover the whole city. Azad Kashmir (Pakistan) has the least crime rate among all areas of the subcontinent

Actually kashmir has a wide range of ethinicity you go upnorth you will find ladakh like tradition you go down south you like in jammu the same for jammu is mirpur district in Pakistan alot of similarities with punjabi culture you will see in muzaffarabad district most people are hindko speaking so they have there own tranditions the native kashmiris only live in the athmuqam hatian bala region of kashmir and in indian kashmir if you go a liitle down south you will find poonch and bagh where the traditions are different again as they speak pahari language so ethinicity changes with the region of kashmir you are in i hope you will read my comment❤️
