Karl could finally come back home after 514 days. It was a tough time for us and our family. There were rumors going around that we got divorced, the social pressure, social media trolls and most of all, the uncertainty of his return. We wanted to make sure our family in India and New Zealand were okay. But when Karl and I were not okay, you guys were there for us. Reading your comments and messages gave us the strength, happiness and courage to keep going. We can’t thank you enough! Today, it almost made me cry looking at all these smiling faces around me, smiling faces of people who matter most to me.

So glad to see you made it back. The support from your wife and her family is truly amazing. I hope you never go through that again bro. I haven't commented before but as a British born half Indian (very little interest in this half growing up! And half Ugandan (I'm 49 and my dad was born in pre partioned India in 1939) and your KZbin shorts have sparked an interest in a part of my life I though wasn't there. Thank you. Stay safe.

Lovely. This reminded me of the times when I was a boy that my father would return home from 6 month deployments overseas (US Navy); the anticipation before, the emotions during, and the fun of the following days. Bless you both.

this made me emotional Karl when you walked into the kitchen and hovered over the food being cooked. when people lose their loved ones over time, they would sacrifice anything to get one more chance to take a look over the kitchen, smell the aroma and see their family's cooking dinner.
