Love it I think some of the explanation of minds, thought working is very similar to krishnamurti analysis.

2:19:00 "The subject of awareness", Mingyur Rinpoche chooses to translate "dran pa" (pronouced dren pa) by the word "awareness" (not mindfulness as it is in many books) , a very important and significant choice indeed !

I have been meditating for about 5 yrs now. And I have watched countless videos of Rinpoche. I have a question for anyone that can enlighten me with an answer. About 2 yrs into it, I was getting very comfortable with my technique. A few times, I saw my thoughts in full color. I was surprised and I came out of meditation. It happened two or three times again and now it doesn't happen at all. Can anyone help?
@bluedragonacupuncture84252 жыл бұрын
you mean you saw the words in colour or you saw pictures with your thoughts ?
@carloslima992 жыл бұрын
@@bluedragonacupuncture8425 it was like a movie in color. I never realized I thought in gray until this happened. It was like a flash of color that came and went. But very vivid.
@lilcicero772 жыл бұрын
@@carloslima99 I see. There are many strange experiences in meditation, and it's probably best not to get too attached to them. But whether colours have some specific meaning in Tibetan meditation I don't know.

Subtle obscuration residue or perhaps a glimpse of rainbow body nature, im not sure. But, i have experienced unusual things too, it's best if tou keep such experiences to yourself and discuss it only with a achieved master like Yongey Mingyur Rinpochhe 🙏🏼
