I think the coolest thing is how none of his abilities cancel out the other. I feel compared to other characters usually an ability can only be carried out on its own and then combined with another ability once it fully finishes.

@@KarQ possibly has something to do with it being registered as a deployable projectile with gravitational physics. Unlike Sigma's rock it doesn't destroy on impact and Symmetra's turret's can't stick to shields so they're instantly destroyed as well.

looks like you get max 20m distance whichever way you are looking, up/straight/down all go 15m + 5m if you slash (even if you are looking up or down) but you can change your horizontal direction for the last 5m if you look to your left or right when you slash

Violent leap has bonus movement for the slash attack. You can turn around mid-air with it changing direction. The wall under feet plus leap is a little bit more distance, and I bet with perfect timing, could get more distance. Really like the character Awesome hero

Venture is invulnerable to ALL damage while underground 3- Nothing 4- Yes, he isnt unstoppable like Mauga while doing those 5- Yes 6- I think you mean Jagged wall, yes. 7- Yes 8- Big damage 9- Spike guard, yes since it goes through the window. Downpour no because it comes from above. 10- Yes. He takes damage like any other structure or character 11- No, its like a mei wall, not a shield 12- Yes. Nano boost does boost Hazard's abilities (Why wouldnt it??) 13- She can speed up the cooldown and maybe make it go a little further 14- Same interaction as going into a junkrat trap 15- Downpour probably can since it comes from above. Spike guard gets blocked 16- Big damage

Something to note with the wall confirmation option, you can set the button to be releasing the wall button, meaning you can tap it to just shoot it out, or hold the button down to get the outline.

Normally leap goes around 20m. Holding backwards leap goes about 10m. But if you hold backwards, jump, then leap you go about 2m. Handy for hitting the very close targets!

I think it'll be fine, only tank ult i can compare it to is rein, which while yes is weaker than hazard's, shatter is gonna pop up far more than a hazard ult. I doubt a 90 dmg root that last less than 3 secs is gonna require a nerf when shatter needs less ult charge, stuns targets and has a faster cast time (i am not saying rein ult needs a nerf just saying why i dont think hazard's ult needs a nerf) Edit: grammar

For combos, you can leap, throw wall behind them, pushing them towards you, slash, pushing them back into the wall, which pushes them back into you. Probably weave in a primary or two, and/or melee as well. Admittedly, it's easy to have the wall push slightly out of your path as well. I'm sure people will get good at stuff like that, though, just like they did with Doomfist etc.

I played a few games of him already and I gotta say I'm impressed with Blizzard. This is the first hero since Junker Queen imo that feels intuitive, not overpowered but has a high enough skill ceiling to keep the game refreshing and promote healthy competition. I love it when characters aren't blatantly broken, but if you're skilled enough you will feel very powerful. He's like a hybrid of doom and mei. However, early impressions are he's a solid high mid tier. I can see him in the right hands being very strong, but overall compared to the rest of the tanks, he's not really gonna shake up the meta. Maybe I'll be wrong.
