I kind of love how the pen and brush have a kind of curved effect that kind of forces you to think of the movement, but the ink and paint kind of make this effect even more prominent. Kind of.

Honestly, this illustration is so relatable, especially when you're an art student who went 3 semesters in college without being able to use color on assignments. I think I almost cried when I was given permission to use pastels just a few months ago for a project... and yet I'll be diving in a self proposed project where I can only use ink pens and Crayola markers. What even.
