Well executed but i thought it looked like a stylised version of Kururunfa rather than that of pure Goju Ryu not only in the timing but in the moves themselves

In fact, the kata she performed is from goju ryu style, is the version of the new Goju Ryu Kata Shitei.

Something seems to happen to people at this level and it becomes impossible for them to say the name of the kata so that it can be understood.

Usually do not comment if nothing nice to say, but this is One of my favorite Kata, and still with much respect I question the quality of competition and judging if she placed 2nd. I Noticed No meaningful Yoi opening; "skip" at :44; at :58 never seen a "punch" but nakadakaken tsuki (leopard); 1:28 di not perfor an arm bar and brake, repeated at 1:36; at 1:45 no push of opp. in rear; 1:46 no X block. Hence my question: Wha was so good for 2nd, or was competition that much worse, or bad judging.

kazuyo inoue practice goju ryu, not shito ryu eccepted the first shitei (seieinshin) she performs in shito ryu because the goju ryu is too special and not very beautiful. she performs the goju version of kururunfa, the goju version of suparimpei, the goju shitei sepai, the shito shitei seienshin, and annan and paiku, wich are in the shito list but they are ruey ryu kata. she is not shito ryu (doesnt performs chatanyara kosokundai bassai dai ni pai po etc)
