My frustration is Aesha is taking full responsibility for not catching it. And Jono (who I love) is kind of passing the responsibility. It was HIS mistake to make a dish that could kill a guest. Aesha is NON stop doing everything else she shouldn’t have to double check another department.

The Ritz Hotel, in New York, has a list of what customers want. One guest doesn't want flowers in the room, another loves champagne, the CUSTOMER is known studied, and the focus is how well did we do, for the customer. His focus is himself! He has no interest in the charter guests paying his salary, its all about him and how he feels, not their preference sheets! He is a very poor chef!

Kate wouldn’t have let that fish go to the table regardless of what she’s saying. We’ve seen her go at the chef for his mistake. Her first priority was always the guests. Aesha’s too but she missed the fish too. Thank goodness the guest didn’t accidentally ingest it. The cookie was unforgettable.

they wanted souffle or creme brulee. the later is easy = heat cream on low and infuse it with vanilla pod and cardomon seed. then cook it in a water bath. almost less 'cooking' time for chef than cookies. just need to start it much earlier in day. perhaps he's afraid to bake

It’s a more his mistake but Aesha missed it too! They need to work as a team to double check these types of things. Don’t understand the protein thing. Raw fish protein is higher than cooked fish? Just wondering about the guest condition it sounds serious and difficult. Protein is in a lot of stuff. She should have just put down veagan/no protein to be safe. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Incorrect. It isn't because of the iron content, it's because people with haemochromatosis are more susceptible to Vibrio bacteria which can be in fish, causing sepsis and death very quickly.

I don't think it matters (and sounds terrible to suggest) - if you say NO raw fish, it's irrelevant the reasons why; if you say a food is an allergine or life threatening, then there has to be a system to ensure that's adhered to. not much different then when you drive you have certain responsibilities and can even be charged with manslaughter for not using basic due diligence; or like Hannah the armour on the set of Rust
