James Middleton is such a kind and lovely soul . I admire James strength and bravery speaking out about depression. It just shows that depression doesn't discriminate . Depression is an all consuming illness . What james has done by speaking about depression is inspiring . It is breaking down the stigma about depression. James is showing if he can get through depression with his dogs . There is hope for everyone else who is suffering with depression. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Big respect to you James Middleton ❤

What a truly great guy James is and I understand what he means , I couldn’t live without my pets. I have ADD and Asperger’s syndrome.

Enjoyed listening to James' story about Ella. I think learning more about his neurodivergence (ADD) helped him to realize and process that we're all different, and this world isn't a one size fits all. We should update our schooling systems to accommodate different learning styles. And if you read this James, give your pups a "hi" from me. 👋
